Office Manager
Rockhopper Children’s Services Edwinstowe, Nottinghamshire | 30 hours per week Salary: Up to £30,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Rockhopper Children’s Services is looking for an experienced Office Manager to support the smooth and efficient running of our Head Office, helping our teams deliver exceptional care to children and young people.
About the role
You will play a vital role in ensuring our central office operates effectively, providing high-quality administrative and operational support across the organisation. Working closely with senior leaders and home teams, you will help maintain compliance, support key processes, and contribute to a professional and welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
· Oversee day-to-day office operations and administration
· Act as a key point of contact for staff, visitors and external partners
· Support HR processes, including safer recruitment and DBS checks
· Manage visa and sponsorship compliance processes
· Assist with finance administration, including invoicing and expenses
· Maintain accurate records and ensure GDPR compliance
· Organise meetings, take minutes and support internal communications
· Lead on office systems, procurement and wellbeing initiatives
About you
· Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Experience in administration, office management or similar role
· Knowledge of HR processes, compliance or safeguarding (desirable)
